Refund policy

All BarrelHive racks are fabricated to order, so we are not able to accept returns on custom or made-to-order items once production has begun.

If your rack arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and the freight packaging. We will repair, replace, or refund at our discretion and cover return freight. Please inspect all freight deliveries before signing and note any visible damage on the carrier's delivery receipt, as this protects your claim.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
