Shipping policy

Racks are made to order. Typical fabrication time is 2-3 weeks, and we will confirm your production schedule by email after your order is placed.

We currently ship within the United States only. Racks ship by LTL freight, with rates starting at $150 and scaling with size, weight, and destination. Your exact freight cost is calculated at checkout.

Freight is curbside delivery. The carrier will call to schedule a delivery window, and you are responsible for having someone available to receive and move the rack. If you need liftgate service, inside delivery, or a residential address, email us before ordering so we can quote it correctly.
